Artists are often asked where they get the creativity for the work they do, and for me this is no different. The Truth is it's hard to explain.

Most will tell you that it flows through an artists mind like a conduit catching its imagination.

As a 70's child my imagination was very much influenced by the flowers, the colours and the music they wrote. Artists such as Salvador Dali, Andy Warhol, and Boyse were always amongst my favourites, but I was still at school then.

Later, in the 80's my attention to detail was drawn from the beginnings of the digital age. Striving for perfection we saw in the arts and especially in music and music videos. One of my favourites being Peter Gabriel's "SLEDGE HAMMER".

Eclectic for sure, my art presents secrets too. Filled with colourful images, childhood thoughts, and scenes from far and away. I guarantee you won't see everything at first glance. My art's an adventure, a discovery to be made, and a place for your mind to wander.

All my work is hand crafted, the ideas travelling through my mind, reaching my hands and into reality.

If you are wondering could this be software, an elaborate program to create these works then the answer is no. Most definitely, it is not.

So if you admire my work and its intricate nature then an investment is recommended as the enjoyment of art is absolutely priceless.
